How Do I Browse Your Store?
Simply select a category in the menu to the left and click on it. Products are displayed ten to a page. Use the navigation bars provided to move through the rest of the products in the category. For more detail on a particular item, simply click on the picture or one of the associated links.

I Found Something I Want to Buy - Now What?
When you've found something that you want to buy, click on the <Add To Cart> button associated with that product. This will add the item to your Virtual Shopping Cart.

You can continue shopping until you're ready to check out. Remember that adding an item to your cart doesn't commit you to buying it. You can always remove it if you change your mind later.

Please note that many of the items have options for different colours and sizes. Be sure to choose the option you want.

I Want to See What I Have in My Shopping Cart.
Your cart contents are displayed on most pages like the home page, located in either the right or the left column. Look for the heading Cart Contents.
If you've added items to your cart, use the <Edit Cart> button to change your cart contents or the <Checkout> button to go to the checkout area.

I Wish to Remove or Change the Items in My Shopping Cart.
Follow the instructions above to locate your cart contents (left or right column on main pages, eg the home page), Click the <Edit Cart> button.

Here, you can remove an item by selecting the item you no longer wish to purchase and clicking the <Remove> button.

You can also change the quantity of the item for purchase by entering the new quantity number, then clicking the <Change> button.

Made a big mistake? No problem. Simply select the <Clear Cart> button, and your entire cart will be deleted.

I'm Done Shopping.
When you're done shopping and ready to pay for the items you have purchased, click the <Checkout> button in the Cart Contents area. You'll be taken to our Checkout Wizard, which will ask you how you'd like to pay for your purchase and lead you through the various delivery options. Once you have finalized your order, you will receive an Order Number. We recommend that you either print this out or write the number down, so we can help you quickly should you need to contact us about your order.

I've Got a Discount Voucher. How Do I Use It?
Click on the Checkout button to start the Checkout Wizard. You will be asked to confirm the contents of your cart. On that page, you'll see a clearly marked input box near the bottom where you can "Apply Vouchers Here." Type in your voucher code then click.

Once claimed, the voucher value will be automatically applied to your cart. Please note that once the voucher code is applied, the voucher MUST BE USED.
